Greeting from Haiti
Today Ron and I spent the entire day working in the soon to
be Community center. We built a wall separating the Center from an apartment
that is occupied by James one of Hearts United staff. Quite an achievement for
a truck driver and a warehouse person and it even had a door in it we made from
scratch not one of these fancy store bought prehung doors. We then move on to
make shelves that after we got them done realized they could double as bench(
how brilliant is that).After that on to our final project of the day and that
was 2 sets of free standing bi-fold doors, after quite a long engineering
session we final got started and hope to finish that project tomorrow. All in
all a great day, VERY VERY HOT, but got much accomplished.
