Just making a quick update before we no longer have battery life. Hopefully we can have power tomorrow, but we are unsure if that is possible. We have officially run out of water to bathe with due to power not being turned on... We are glad that we went to the beach today because we pretty much used that as our shower for today. Even though we do not have power and water at this moment, we are still enjoying being here in Haiti.
Overall we have experienced a lot these past few days which included seeing a baby girl be born yesterday, getting stuck in a ditch on our trip to the beach today (don't worry we made it out okay), and the power outage/no water.... Happy New Year's to us.

So happy to hear from you...praying the electricity gets fixed. Remember you are in our prayers and thoughts every minute. Love you very much. And to keep you posted with the weather updates, snow storm is expected to dump 4-6 inches on Ohio now through Friday 1 am and PA and NY could get up to a foot. It has not yet started to snow here yet, forecast is saying overnight around 3 am. I'm heading back to work tonight after a nice vacation over the holidays.
